Requirements:
Experience: 6-10 years.
Strong backend engineer with NLP/AI experience.
Backend Language: Any like Golang, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
Strong search/semantic search experience.
Experience with NLP + Agentic AI OR RAG.
Experience with vector databases.
Experience working at a significantly large scale of approximately 5M queries per day, as mentioned by HM.
Sr backend engineer with distributed systems experience with large-scale databases, Kafka, Redis, streaming, Flink, etc.
Strong experience working with AI agents at a very large scale: starting with 100s of parallel agents and ingesting millions of data points for use with AI agents.
Experience with search or semantic search systems is a plus.
Other keywords: vector DB, RAG, prompt, and context engineering.
