This is a highly visible role focused on managing complex broker compensation programs within a dynamic insurance environment.
You will oversee compensation initiatives ranging from incentive programs and profit commissions to budgeting and forecasting.
Your financial analysis will support accurate payments, sound governance, and informed business decisions.
You’ll work closely with Sales & Distribution, regional leaders, and Finance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
The role combines financial expertise, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
