Role Description The Senior SEO Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on driving organic search performance for Staffbank and its affiliated brands. This position manages end-to-end SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, link-building strategies, and performance tracking across multiple websites and campaigns. The role involves collaborating with content, digital marketing, and technology teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals, improve search visibility, and increase qualified traffic and leads. The Senior SEO Executive will analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices and evolving search engine algorithms. The role also contributes to SEO strategy development, testing new approaches, and ensuring consistent implementation of SEO standards across all digital properties.
Qualifications
Strong SEO expertise, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar).
Experience collaborating with content and digital marketing teams to align SEO with broader campaign objectives.
Solid understanding of website architecture, basic HTML, and best practices for site speed and mobile optimization.
Prior experience in a senior or lead SEO role, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, healthcare, or technology domains.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
