Role Description This is a part-time, remote Psychologist – Telehealth role. The psychologist will provide evidence-based virtual counseling and psychotherapy to clients across diverse backgrounds, focusing on mental health and holistic wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering follow-up sessions, and documenting all encounters in compliance with clinical and organizational standards. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals, using digital tools and AI-supported workflows to enhance care, and participating in case reviews or supervision as needed. Flexibility in scheduling and comfort with technology are important for success in this position.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, including familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Clinical skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment for diverse populations in a telehealth setting.
Relevant academic background in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a psychologist or mental health professional in relevant jurisdictions.
Experience in telehealth or digital health environments and proficiency with online communication and documentation tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with a client-centered, culturally sensitive approach.
Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
Familiarity with integrated care models, chronic condition management, or working with employer/insurer-based programs is a plus.
