OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
LATIN AMERICA RESIDENCY REQUIRED
Element Cleaning Systems is seeking a remote Operations Support Coordinator who currently resides in Latin America.
This role supports the Operations Manager by taking ownership of delegated administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, responsive, and comfortable following up until work is completed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain task lists and track delegated work through completion
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and operational follow-ups
• Communicate updates between the Operations Manager, team members, and other stakeholders
• Follow up on outstanding requests, documents, and action items
• Update spreadsheets, systems, records, and operating documents
• Organize information so the Operations Manager can quickly review priorities and make decisions
• Identify delays, missing information, or operational issues and escalate them promptly
• Assist with recurring administrative and reporting tasks
• Document processes and help keep routine workflows consistent
