Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and administrative tasks required to ensure smooth functioning of the office . The Human Resources Manager will develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business needs, maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, and support organizational development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR documentation, handling employee queries and grievances, coordinating training and development programs, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and engagement activities. The role requires close collaboration with managers and teams across the organization to create a fair, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
Skills in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business objectives and culture-building initiatives.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices relevant to HR operations in Noida and the wider region.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, data handling, reporting, and using metrics to inform HR decisions.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training, employee engagement initiatives, and change management activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced organizational environment.
