Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter (Target based) at CareerBloc is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and performance targets. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, track progress against recruitment targets, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. This role also involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The Human Resources Recruiter is expected to meet defined hiring goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
Ability to work with target-based hiring goals, including pipeline management, tracking metrics, and meeting defined performance objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, ATS systems) and basic familiarity with digital and social media channels for talent outreach.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently in a remote environment, and handle multiple requisitions.
Understanding of human resources practices, employment guidelines, and ethical recruitment standards.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources; agency or target-based recruiting experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
