Role Description The Marketing Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for creating and managing marketing content that supports myfollo.com’s real estate advisory and transaction services. This role involves developing clear and engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels, aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand service offerings, translate real estate concepts into user-friendly messaging, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, planning content calendars, optimizing content for SEO, tracking performance metrics, and refining campaigns based on data insights. The role also requires maintaining brand tone, supporting O2O marketing initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing content creation, including web content writing and social media copy, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels.
Experience in content strategy and campaign planning, including developing content calendars, aligning content with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in research and storytelling, with the ability to understand real estate concepts and convert them into clear, compelling narratives.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO basics, email marketing, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to edit and proofread content effectively.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with good collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred; experience in real estate or financial services marketing is an added advantage
