Role Description
The Business Development Manager (3 to 5 Years) role at MediaF5™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Science City, Ahmedabad. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for the agency’s digital marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, presenting tailored service offerings, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client expectations with service capabilities and ensure smooth onboarding. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Experience in client relationship management and account handling within digital marketing or related services.
Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing offerings such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development.
Competence in market research, competitive analysis, and developing data-informed growth strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working with sales reports and metrics.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting.
Good understanding of the Ahmedabad and regional market; proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial.
