Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships for MediaF5™. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and meetings, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign delivery. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and contribute to strategy discussions that support business growth. This position is intended for professionals with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience who are available to join immediately.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Experience in client relationship management, needs analysis, and solution-based selling within digital marketing or related services.
Ability to understand and articulate digital marketing offerings such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and web solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and close deals.
3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an agency or marketing services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and basic sales analytics.
Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of the Ahmedabad and regional market, with readiness for on-site client meetings and immediate joining.
