About the Role
We are seeking a SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – L2 with 4–7 years of SAP PS consulting experience to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement and AMS projects in the Power Generation Equipment sector.
The consultant will work across engineering, project management, procurement, finance, manufacturing and site execution teams to implement SAP PS solutions supporting power plant equipment manufacturing, EPC projects, installation, commissioning, modernization and maintenance activities.
Key Requirements
4–7 years of SAP PS consulting experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Project System (PS) in implementation, rollout, enhancement or AMS projects.

Experience with project planning, scheduling, execution, cost monitoring and settlement.
Strong understanding of project cost planning, commitments, actual costs and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience with Settlement Rules and Asset Under Construction (AuC).
Experience integrating SAP PS with MM, FI/CO, PM, SD, PP, QM and Asset Accounting.
Experience with project procurement and SAP MM integration.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout or migration projects.
Experience preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with ABAP, Basis, Fiori and integration teams.
Experience with Unit Testing, SIT and UAT.
Exposure to data migration and validation.
Experience providing production support and resolving functional incidents within SLAs.
Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Engineering, IT, Finance, Supply Chain or related bachelor's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP PS solutions for engineering and capital projects.
Configure Project Definitions, WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones and project budgeting.
Support project planning, scheduling, execution, commissioning and financial closure.
Configure project procurement integration with SAP MM.
Monitor project commitments, actual costs, budgets and variances.
Configure project settlement and AuC processes.
Support integration between SAP PS and MM, FI/CO, PM, SD, PP, QM and Asset Accounting.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process improvement initiatives.
Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts and user manuals.
Execute Unit Testing, SIT and UAT and support defect resolution.
Support data migration, validation, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide sustainable functional solutions.
Conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Provide ongoing AMS and production support.

Compensation

Candidates with strong SAP PS + S/4HANA implementation experience, multiple implementation/rollout projects and hands-on AuC, settlement and FI/CO integration experience may command compensation toward the upper end of the range.
