Role: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice
Location: Bengaluru
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: ₹28,000–₹30,000/month
Experience: 6 months–2 years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries/complaints.
Provide professional and timely solutions.
Handle escalations when required.
Update customer interactions in CRM.
Meet quality and performance targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
6 months–2 years of customer support/voice process experience.
Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
