Role Overview
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, HRMS management, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience across core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation of interns and employees.
Maintain HRMS records and HR documentation.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality.
Conduct regular follow-ups, manage stakeholder relationships, and prepare weekly reports and documentation.
Conduct cold calling and professional outreach for collaboration with business partners.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and professionalism.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Eligibility
Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
