Civil engineering expertise, including Structural Engineering knowledge and experience working as Civil Engineers.
On-site project execution skills, with the ability to manage On Site activities and coordinate with construction teams.
Quality Control capabilities, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Strong Communication skills for collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in building or hospitality-related construction projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering and site management tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
