Sales Engineer : Hyderabad

About SUSBIO :
Since 2013, SUSBIO has been designing and manufacturing packaged sewage and effluent
treatment plants. ECOTREAT is our flagship range of advanced prefabricated STPs, used by
builders, housing societies, hotels, hospitals, institutions, and industries that need reliable wastewater
treatment with minimal civil work and fast installation. We're based in South Goa, manufacture in
Chakan (Pune), and are now building our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
The role :
You'll own sales of ECOTREAT advanced prefabricated STPs in your city, from first conversation to
purchase order. That means finding projects early, talking to the people who decide (developers,
architects, MEP consultants, facility heads), sizing the right plant, and closing. You won't be selling a
catalogue item. You'll be helping customers solve a compliance and water-reuse problem, and you'll
need enough engineering to do it credibly.
What you'll do :
• Generate and qualify leads from builders, developers, MEP and environmental consultants,
hospitals, hotels, and industrial clients
• Visit sites, understand flow, load, space, and discharge norms, and recommend the right
ECOTREAT configuration
• Work with our design team to prepare technical proposals, capacity calculations, and commercial
offers
• Present to customers and consultants, and handle technical and pricing questions
• Negotiate, close orders, and coordinate handover to our projects and service teams
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and channel partners in your city
• Track leads and follow-ups in our CRM and report your pipeline weekly
• Keep an eye on local pollution control board norms and competitor activity
What we're looking for
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (a related diploma with
strong experience is also fine)
• 2-3 years in sales or business development for STPs, water treatment, prefabricated or modular
systems, or a similar product line
• Good grasp of STP basics and pollution control norms, or the ability to pick them up quickly
• Comfortable reading drawings and estimating capacities
• Good communicator in English and the local language (Telugu/Hindi in Hyderabad, Kannada/Hindi
in Bangalore)
• Self-driven and comfortable with frequent site visits and travel within the city
• A network among builders, consultants, or contractors in your city is a strong plus
