Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Goa, India. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, selecting key clips, and structuring narratives that align with strategic communication goals. Daily responsibilities include editing video content for digital platforms, applying color grading, creating and integrating motion graphics, and coordinating with the creative and strategy teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves preparing multiple versions of content for different channels, managing file organization and backups, and maintaining quality standards and timelines for all video deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and a polished look.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling.
Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work with feedback in a collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior experience in agency, consulting, or strategic communication settings is an advantage.
