Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our political and media campaigns!

Role Description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designing graphics for a range of strategic communication materials, including presentations, reports, social media assets, and campaign collateral. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos and brand elements, refining typography and layouts, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves working closely with consultants and communication specialists to translate research and strategy into clear, compelling visual narratives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, requiring ongoing collaboration with the local team and participation in internal reviews and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating visual creativity and attention to detail.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple formats.
Proficiency in Typography, layout design, and composition to create clear and readable visual materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Ability to interpret strategic and research insights into effective visual communication.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in consulting, policy, or communication-focused environments is an advantage.
