Role Description
This is a full-time Warehouse Operations Executive role located on-site at our Haridwar, Sidcul location. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the warehouse (ecommerce only) such as packing, inventory control, despatches, returns, and warehouse management. The candidate will also ensure smooth coordination of workflows, maintain accurate records of inventory, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by streamlining the distribution process.
Qualifications
Skills in Packing and Ecommerce Warehouse Management
Proficient in aligning logistics and despatch.
Proficiency in Inventory Control and maintaining accurate stock records
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in handling daily operations and logistics within a warehouse setup
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools is a plus
