Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support senior engineers and consultants in delivering Vertical Transportation and Façade Access projects, including data collection, technical analysis, and preparation of reports and drawings. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with feasibility studies, reviewing design documents, supporting traffic analysis and simulations, and contributing to tender and construction-phase documentation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, attending project meetings, and maintaining accurate project records and documentation. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of office-based work and some flexibility to work from home. The trainee will receive guidance and training to develop technical competence, professional communication skills, and an understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering foundation, ideally with a relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Effective Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, perform basic calculations, and support engineering assessments.
Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, preparing documentation, and engaging with stakeholders.
Basic understanding or interest in Project Management to support scheduling, task tracking, and coordination of project activities.
Proficiency in standard office and engineering tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets; exposure to CAD or simulation software is an advantage).
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and take initiative under supervision.
Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and willingness to learn about Vertical Transportation and Façade Access systems.
Any internship or academic project experience in building services, mechanical systems, or construction-related fields is beneficial.
