About the Role
HR Export Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to lead and supervise the Sales Coordination and CRM teams. The role requires strong coordination, team-management, problem-solving, and performance-management skills to ensure smooth sales operations and effective coordination between the Sales, CRM, and other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Sales Coordinator and CRM team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Act as the escalation point for issues raised by the Sales and CRM teams and ensure timely resolution.
Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting the Sales and CRM functions.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team, CRM, Dispatch, Production, and other departments for smooth order and customer execution.
Monitor customer orders, follow-ups, documentation, sales updates, and CRM activities.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer and sales information in the CRM system.
Track pending issues, customer requirements, orders, and follow-ups to minimize delays.
Monitor the performance and productivity of Sales Coordinators and CRM executives.
Prepare and review team performance reports, MIS, and operational updates for management.
Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective or improvement measures.
Support team members in resolving complex customer, sales, order, and coordination-related issues.
Establish effective processes and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance, training, and feedback to team members.
Maintain strong communication with management and provide timely updates on team performance and operational challenges.
Contribute to improving sales coordination processes, customer experience, and overall team efficiency.
