Test Manager - Finacle (10X/11X)

Are you a Finacle Testing Leader with proven expertise in Finacle 10X implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs?
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager who can drive end-to-end testing strategy, quality governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence for large-scale Core Banking transformation initiatives.
Role Overview
End-to-End Test Management
• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Finacle implementation, migration and upgrade programs.
• Own overall quality assurance, testing governance and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Drive testing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across banking programs.
• Serve as the primary testing lead for stakeholder communication and delivery governance. Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans and overall testing roadmap.
• Define resource requirements, team allocation and technical skill requirements.
• Create Test Design, Test Execution Plan and detailed testing schedules.
• Lead Finacle functional, integration and end-to-end testing activities. • Drive test improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs. • Ensure adequate coverage of business requirements and critical banking processes.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Review and approve testing deliverables and release readiness.
Finacle Expertise
• Hands-on experience in Finacle implementation projects.
• Experience in Finacle migration and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Finacle version upgrades and release validations.
• Knowledge of Core Banking business processes and transaction flows. • Understanding of accounting, customer, deposits, lending and channel integration processes. Stakeholder Management
• Interact with Bank stakeholders on project risks, concerns and issue resolution.
• Provide regular project status reports to Delivery Managers and Program Managers.
• Coordinate with business, technology and vendor teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making.
Defect Management & Quality Governance
• Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA.
• Lead defect triage meetings and prioritization activities.
• Track defect trends and quality metrics.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical and high-priority defects.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions. Compliance & Process Governance
• Ensure compliance with GBK and QualityKiosk processes.
• Drive adherence to testing standards and governance frameworks.
• Support audits and quality reviews.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories. Metrics & Reporting
• Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation.
• Track testing KPIs, execution status and defect metrics.
• Create management dashboards and quality reports.
• Provide visibility on project health, risks and quality indicators.
