JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview Delivery & Process Ownership
• Lead and manage end-to-end testing initiatives for LOS (Loan Origination System) and Assets Banking projects.
• Own overall testing quality, governance, and timely project delivery.
• Drive quality assurance practices and continuous test improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary testing lead for stakeholder communication and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Create and manage Test Strategy, Test Plans, and overall testing roadmap.
• Define resource requirements, allocation plans, and technical skill requirements.
• Create Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules.
• Drive test improvement initiatives and process optimization programs. • Ensure adequate functional, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Review testing deliverables and release readiness before production deployment.
LOS / Assets Domain Expertise
• Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Experience in Assets and Lending-related banking applications.
• Knowledge of loan onboarding, credit assessment, approval workflows, disbursement, and servicing processes.
• Understanding of banking regulations, risk controls, and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Management
• Interact with Bank stakeholders on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Provide project status updates to Delivery Managers and Program Managers.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, and Vendor teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.
Defect Management & Quality Governance
• Lead defect management and defect lifecycle activities.
• Conduct defect triage, prioritization, and closure reviews.
• Track quality metrics and defect trends.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
Compliance & Process Governance
• Ensure compliance with GBK and QualityKiosk processes and standards.
• Drive adherence to testing governance and quality frameworks.
• Support project audits and quality reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories. Knowledge Management
• Drive knowledge sharing across project teams.
• Maintain project artifacts, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Ensure continuity and availability of project knowledge.
Metrics & Reporting
• Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation.
• Track test execution metrics, defect metrics, and quality KPIs.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports.
• Provide visibility into project health, risks, and delivery status. Required Skills
