Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Shimla / Naldehra, Himachal Pradesh
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in residential interior projects, 2D layouts, dimensions, and working/raw drawings to manage design development and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D floor plans, layouts, detailed dimensions, and working/raw drawings.
Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, elevations, and detailed interior drawings.
Convert design concepts into accurate execution drawings.
Coordinate drawings with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.
Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and resolve design/site-related issues.
Monitor quality, timelines, and design compliance.
Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
Strong residential project experience is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of 2D layouts, dimensions, working/raw drawings, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
