Position: Proxy Product Owner (Project Manager)

Role overview
The Proxy Product Owner is responsible for leading project execution, aligning business objectives with delivery outcomes, and ensuring successful coordination between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. This role drives planning, prioritization, governance, and execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and business value.
Key responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Drive product ownership activities, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure successful signoffs.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Leverage domain knowledge to align project outcomes with business objectives.
Qualifications & skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in product ownership, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven expertise in preparing BRDs, user stories, process documentation, and project plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in coordinating UAT activities and managing cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of airport operations or relevant business domains is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
