**Authentic Group of Companies is looking for an Onboarding Executive to join our team in Vadodara.**
At Authentic, we believe that a smooth onboarding experience is the foundation of a strong employee journey. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and joining formalities
* Coordinate documentation, KYC, and pre-joining requirements
* Coordinate with clients and candidates for smooth joining and deployment
* Handle payroll-related coordination and employee data
* Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure timely closure
* Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, HR & Compliance teams
* Address employee queries related to onboarding and payroll processes
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Experience in onboarding, staffing, recruitment operations, or payroll coordination
* Strong candidate and client coordination skills
* Good communication and follow-up abilities
* Ability to manage multiple requirements and timelines
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/staffing processes
