At StylingStudio, we're looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead project operations and ensure seamless coordination across design, execution, and client teams. This role is best suited for professionals who have worked with interior design, architecture, fit-out, or construction firms and understand the complete project execution lifecycle.
Experience
5–10 Years
(Experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Company is mandatory.)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple interior design and execution projects.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with clients, designers, project managers, vendors, and execution teams.
Plan project workflows, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
Resolve site and execution challenges while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and project delivery.
Required Skills
Proven experience managing operations in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Strong understanding of interior project execution, site coordination, and vendor management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in process improvement and team management.
