Assistant Manager - ISOC

Role Description The Assistant Manager – ISOC (Integrated Security Operations Center) will oversee day-to-day monitoring of security systems, incident detection, and initial response activities in an on-site role based in Gurgaon. This contract position involves coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders, reviewing security alerts, escalating incidents according to defined protocols, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation of events. The role includes supervising ISOC operators, maintaining operational procedures, supporting audits and compliance checks, and contributing to continuous improvement of security processes and reporting. The Assistant Manager – ISOC will also participate in training initiatives, support implementation of new tools or technologies, and help ensure that service levels and client requirements are consistently met.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of security operations centers, incident management processes, and physical/electronic security systems.
Experience in monitoring tools, access control systems, CCTV, and other integrated security technologies.
Ability to analyze security data, prepare concise reports, and support risk assessments and trend analysis.
Proven skills in team coordination, shift management, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of standard security protocols, compliance requirements, and escalation procedures in corporate settings.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Security Management, IT, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a SOC/ISOC or similar security operations role, preferably within large corporate or multi-site environments.
Willingness to work in an on-site, contract position in Gurgaon and to operate in a 24x7 environment as required.
