About the Company
A US fintech is scaling its India customer onboarding team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will help every new customer clear setup and verification and reach first value quickly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new customers through account setup, verification, and activation, helping the company get every customer to first value quickly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Activation
Guide new customers through account setup, KYC and verification steps, and activation
Coordinate with product and support teams to resolve onboarding blockers
Track onboarding milestones and follow up until customers are fully activated
Process Improvement
Spot friction points in the onboarding flow and suggest fixes
Maintain onboarding documentation, scripts, and training materials
Escalate compliance or risk-related issues promptly
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in onboarding, KYC, customer success, or fintech operations
Comfort working with verification and compliance processes
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated onboarding environment
Familiarity with CRM or onboarding-workflow tools
Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
