Role Description The Experience Innovation Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jorebunglow Sukhia, focused on delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences to K–12 students in STEAM domains such as aerospace, space, drones, and design thinking. This role involves planning and conducting interactive workshops, labs, and classroom sessions that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving. The trainer will design or adapt curricular materials, activity guides, and project-based learning modules aligned with AeroBay’s experiential learning philosophy. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating technologies and tools, mentoring students through projects, assessing learning outcomes, and providing feedback that supports skill development. The role also requires collaborating with school staff and internal teams, maintaining training equipment and materials, and contributing ideas to enhance AeroBay’s learning experiences and programs.
Qualifications
Ability to design and deliver experiential learning sessions focused on creativity, innovation, and problem-solving for K–12 students.
Experience or strong interest in STEAM domains such as aerospace, space education, drones, meteorology, or related emerging technologies.
Skills in classroom facilitation, student engagement, and behavior management in diverse learning environments.
Competence in curriculum adaptation, lesson planning, and developing project-based or activity-based teaching materials.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, age-appropriate manner.
Comfort with using educational technology tools, basic hardware kits, and hands-on learning equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with school partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, science, or a related field; teaching or training experience in K–12 settings is highly beneficial.
