WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a dedicated client account.
This role is for someone who can manage social media end-to-end while also bringing strong strategic thinking, creative ideas, relevant references and a clear understanding of what works across different platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Managing the day-to-day social media presence of a dedicated client account
• Developing, curating, and managing monthly content calendars
• Brainstorming creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas
• Researching strong creative, visual, and cultural references
• Developing content ideas and copy for posts, Reels, Stories and other formats
• Creating engaging day-to-day and ad hoc Stories
• Scheduling and publishing content
• Managing communities, comments and audience engagement
• Identifying relevant trends and opportunities for the brand
• Working with designers and creatives to bring content ideas to life
• Reviewing performance and using insights to continuously improve content
• Proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the client’s social presence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–4 years of relevant social media experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn objectives into social media ideas
• A strong creative eye and ability to source relevant references
• Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and ad hoc requirements
• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment
ROLE DETAILS
📍 Fully remote
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM UAE time
💼 Full-time
