We’re looking for a Marketing Content Manager to lead content strategy, develop engaging campaigns, strengthen brand communication, and create content that connects with target audiences across multiple channels.
✍️ ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives
✅ Manage content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital platforms
✅ Build and maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and editorial plans
✅ Lead the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia marketing content
✅ Work closely with designers, videographers, social media teams, agencies, and other creative partners
✅ Conduct audience, competitor, industry, and keyword research to identify relevant content opportunities
✅ Ensure all content reflects brand voice, positioning, messaging, and quality standards
✅ Develop campaign concepts, promotional materials, thought-leadership content, and branded communications
✅ Optimize content for SEO, engagement, conversion, and overall digital performance
✅ Monitor content performance using analytics and prepare regular performance reports
✅ Identify emerging content formats, platforms, trends, and audience behaviors
✅ Coordinate content reviews, approvals, publishing schedules, and campaign deadlines
✅ Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
✅ Continuously improve content processes, workflows, and marketing effectiveness
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field
✔️ 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or a related role
✔️ Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative marketing content
✔️ Excellent copywriting, editing, storytelling, and communication skills
✔️ Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
✔️ Experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and social media management tools
✔️ Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools is an advantage
✔️ Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively
✔️ UAE or GCC marketing experience is an advantage
✔️ Professional marketing, content, or digital certification is a plus
