Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, promote sportswear products, and support sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain sportswear products, features, pricing, and offers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order-related queries.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
