What You'll Do
Own Meta Ads & performance marketing across 15+ brands.
Drive B2B, franchise, partner and high-ticket lead generation.
Optimise the complete funnel from Lead → MQL → SQL → Conversion.
Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, testing and campaign scaling.
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team.
Work closely with Sales, Creative and Leadership to improve lead quality and revenue outcomes.
Explore AI, ChatGPT, automation and new-age acquisition channels to build scalable growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years in Performance Marketing / Growth / Digital Acquisition.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Experience with high-ticket products/services, franchise, SaaS, education, real estate or similar businesses is a plus.
Experience managing/mentoring a performance marketing team.
Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, CAC, conversion and funnel optimisation.
Data-driven, experimental and AI-curious mindset.
