General Manager – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a hands-on finance leader to take ownership of Accounts & Finance across our growing automobile group.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Accounts & Finance across multiple companies and branches
• Ensure accurate books, reconciliations and financial controls
• Oversee stock, warranty and insurance reconciliations
• Strengthen internal audit and accounting processes
• Lead and develop the finance & accounts team
• Drive MIS and financial reporting for Directors
• Build scalable systems for future business expansion
What We’re Looking For
• CA preferred; strong M.Com/MBA Finance candidates with relevant experience may be considered
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong practical accounting and financial management experience
• Automobile/dealership experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel/ERP and team-management skills
• High ownership and problem-solving ability
Reporting: Directly to Directors
