Role Description The Finance Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing financial operations that support the agency’s business activities. This role includes maintaining and reviewing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate recording of income and expenses. The Finance Account Executive will handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and coordination with external auditors or consultants as needed. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing client accounts, tracking payments and receivables, supporting sales teams with financial inputs for proposals, and providing regular financial reports to management. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, timely billing, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, filings, and compliance.
Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and related reports.
Experience in account management, including invoicing, receivables tracking, and client account reconciliation.
Exposure to sales processes, with the ability to support pricing, proposals, and revenue tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
