Role Description The Semi Qualified CA will work full time on-site in Ghaziabad, supporting accounting, taxation, and compliance functions for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and supporting audits and internal controls. The role involves working on direct and indirect tax computations, filing returns, and ensuring adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. The Semi Qualified CA will help with budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting, as well as supporting senior finance professionals with data analysis and documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, timely communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Partly qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared intermediate/IPC level) with relevant article-ship or practical experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and ledger management.
Working understanding of direct and indirect taxation, return filing, and statutory compliance.
Ability to support audits, internal control processes, and documentation for regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and common accounting/ERP software; comfort with digital financial tools.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data for reporting and decision support.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate within a team-oriented professional setting.
