CoUP Design Practice is a multidisciplinary boutique design firm established in 2014 by Prachi Rastogi, a Landscape Architect. Based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, the firm specializes in creating innovative and sustainable designs, transforming ideas into functional, everyday spaces.
CoUP offers comprehensive services, including Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Master Planning and high end interiors across a variety of projects such as residential housing, resorts and office spaces. From design to material selection and construction, CoUP ensures detailed attention to every stage of project execution.
As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our studio.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote+hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for remote+hybrid work. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and execution of landscape, architecture design plans, assisting in projects, preparing detailed darwings, and coordinating with clients and project teams.
The role also involves research, site analysis, and project-based coordination to ensure sustainable and functional design outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work closely with principal architects, build real-world skills, and grow in a highly collaborative design environment.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to design development and concept development
Create 3D visualizations and renders using Lumion, SketchUp, etc.
Prepare detailed AutoCAD and construction drawings
Participate in stakeholder interactions and design presentations
Support stakeholder coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Architecture (0 to 2 years experience, fresh grads welcome!)
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D tools
A keen eye for detail and a passion for design thinking
Self-motivated, organized, and open to learning across disciplines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
