Position: Human Intelligence Collector
Type: Contract
Compensation: $25 - $65/hour
Location: Remote, US-based preferred
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Conduct structured elicitation sessions to extract relevant information
Establish rapport with participants to ensure open communication
Analyze responses in real-time while adjusting questioning strategies
Assess reliability and consistency of responses, providing confidence ratings
Identify emotional and motivational drivers influencing participant responses
Document reasoning clearly to support review and learning
Score sessions according to detailed rubrics for objectivity
Requirements
Experience in professional interviewing or intelligence elicitation
Strong skills in real-time cue reading and response analysis
Ability to document analytical reasoning in a clear manner
Attention to detail and precision in communication
Background in complex interviewing or intelligence collection
Familiarity with data annotation or model evaluation
Exceptional written English skills with a focus on clarity
