Position: Senior Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI to solve.
Implement deterministic verifiers for solution validation.
Build scalable services and APIs.
Conduct debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
Perform secure coding and security-focused reviews.
Requirements
Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar.
Proven experience in backend development with high-quality project delivery.
Background in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing or vulnerability assessment.
Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving software bugs and system bottlenecks.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science concepts.
