Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef role based in Mumbai. Daily responsibilities include preparing batches for tastings, documenting recipes and procedures, managing ingredient sourcing in coordination with the founder, and monitoring food safety and hygiene standards. The Pastry Chef will collaborate with clients on custom dessert solutions and contribute to improving kitchen workflows for operational efficiency.
