We are currently executing 600+ MWp of Solar, BESS & KUSUM engineering projects, along with 2000+ MWp of pre-bid assignments.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Head – West Region to drive business development and strengthen our presence across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and other Western markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities with Solar EPCs, IPPs, Developers and Renewable Energy companies
• Generate leads and convert them into engineering consultancy projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Develop a strong pipeline across Solar, BESS, Substation and Engineering services
• Represent Solar Plug Consultants in client meetings, industry events and business discussions
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 6+ years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy sales or business development
✔️ Strong network among Solar EPCs, Developers & IPPs
✔️ Good understanding of Solar PV / BESS projects
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
✔️ Proven track record in B2B sales
