Role Description The Facebook Page Monetization Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete responsibility for Facebook Page Monetization from eligibility to revenue generation.
Facebook/Meta payout management- Manage & oversee payout accounts for all Facebook Pages & profiles including Payout ID verification, payment account setup & verification, payout related issues, payment holds, Tax/payment information, account restriction & resolution of other meta payout related matters.
Develop strategies to monetize pages and maximize revenue.
Monitor page performance, revenue, reach, views, watch time, and audience engagement.
Resolve demonetization, policy, copyright, and monetization-related issues.
Ensure pages remain compliant with Meta policies and monetization guidelines.
Lead and guide the team handling Facebook content uploads and page management.
Identify high-performing content and implement strategies to increase views, engagement, and revenue.
Prepare regular performance and revenue reports for management.
Skills required:
3+ years of experience in Facebook/Meta Page Monetization.
Proven experience in successfully monetizing Facebook pages.
Strong knowledge of Meta monetization policies, analytics, and revenue models.
Experience managing a team is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Digital media/entertainment experience will be an advantage.
