About the Role
OurShopee is looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Accounts & Statutory Compliance to join our Finance & Accounts team.
We are looking for a professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations along with statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and payroll-related accounting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Handle GST & TDS calculations, reconciliations, documentation and compliance.
Manage PF & ESIC calculations, challans, payments, returns and employee-related compliance.
Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs, salary deductions, PF/ESIC and statutory requirements.
Handle bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and track outstanding payments.
Reconcile e-commerce marketplace settlements, payment gateways, refunds, returns and commissions.
Prepare MIS, ageing reports and financial reports for management.
Support audits and coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory compliance.
🔹 Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and payroll accounting.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
