Role Description The Dispatch Executive (Manufacturing Unit) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating daily dispatch activities, preparing and verifying dispatch documentation, and ensuring timely shipment of materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate dispatch records, monitoring inventory levels related to outgoing goods, and liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with customer requirements. The Dispatch Executive will track deliveries, resolve discrepancies in dispatch and transport, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also requires regular communication with transporters and clients to provide dispatch updates and support smooth end-to-end distribution operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong coordination and logistics skills, including dispatch planning, shipment tracking, and basic inventory management.
