Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the eyewear retail store.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned to the store.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Monitor individual and team-wise sales KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products.
