Software Engineering Team Lead

We’re looking for an exceptional engineer to join us early and take real ownership of the product and engineering.
You’ll work directly with the founders to:
• Own and lead the development of the SecNode platform
• Make key architecture and engineering decisions
• Build and scale the product from the ground up
• Work across backend, frontend, infrastructure and AI agents
• Turn ideas and customer feedback into production-ready features
• Solve complex technical problems and move quickly from idea → implementation → production
• Help define our engineering practices and shape the team as we grow
This is a founding role, so you won’t be handed a fixed roadmap and asked to execute tickets.
You’ll have the ownership to decide what to build, how to build it, and how to make it scale.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is a strong software engineer
Takes ownership and moves independently
Enjoys building from 0 → 1
Is comfortable working across the stack
Cares deeply about product quality
Wants to build something ambitious from the early days
