Role Description The Human Resources Generalist at Pink Farms is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Generalist will administer employee benefits, assist in payroll-related coordination, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations. The role also involves supporting employee relations, addressing HR queries, organizing HR-related training and engagement activities, and collaborating with management to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support compliance and organizational culture.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with vendors and resolving employee benefit-related queries.
Candidates should possess solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred, along with familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
