Position: Strategic Project Lead
Type: Full Time
Compensation: $300K - $500K/yr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Own projects end to end, from pipeline framing and scoping through execution and delivery
Translate customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications
Design and continuously improve data pipelines for usability and quality
Align Operations and domain experts for rapid deployment
Set delivery milestones and drive execution cadence
Own client communication, keeping it clear and consistent
Provide daily internal updates with progress, blockers, and next steps
Requirements
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
2+ years of experience leading complex projects or workflows
Background in data operations, engineering, or technical project management
Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and execute rapidly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution
