Lead software engineering and design initiatives, drive adoption of modern development practices, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization across projects.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for MEAN stack architecture projects
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle
Design and enforce software engineering standards and coding guidelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility and scope
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in software development processes and team capabilities
Requirements
15+ years of experience in MEAN stack architecture and software engineering
Expertise in Angular, Node, and Bootstrap/CSS/CSS3
Strong understanding of software engineering standards and coding guidelines.
