Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Charisma Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining HR records and documentation. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, coordinating employee engagement activities, and assisting with attendance, leave tracking, and basic personnel queries. The intern will collaborate with managers to help organize training sessions, participate in performance-related processes, and contribute to creating a positive work culture. This role offers practical exposure to multiple areas of HR and management, with structured guidance and coaching from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies, including a basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and related HR processes, with the ability to support employee queries sensitively and accurately.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning HR software or tools.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn through on-the-job training and mentoring.
